We ship products worldwide using reliable carriers. Shipping times and costs vary depending on destination and shipping method selected. We accept returns for unused products in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. A restocking fee of 15% applies to all returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Starpower products purchased from LiTong Electronics come with a standard 12-month warranty from date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.
